35Dynamic Reports Interim Assessments (IA)
- Interim Assessments are tests created by FSUSD
teachers and administrators They are given four
times each year to assess student progress. - Follow the steps below
- Click on Dynamic Reports,
- roll over Interim Assessment,
- and click Teacher.
- 2) Under Academic Year, choose 2005-06
- (if needed).
- 3) Under teacher name, choose
- Costanzo Jennifer (if needed).

- (English Language Arts)
- 6) Under trimester, choose Post-Test.
- Note, test 1 is conducted in November,

- 2) Under Year, choose 05-06
- 3) For Report Type, choose List.

clusters. - 9) Click on Export as Excel Spreadsheet.

right to explore data.

- Look at student score information
- Download the data into Excel so it can be viewed
and manipulated offline. - Use the data to import into other applications

- Use toolbar window options to save, print
expand - Find where you would print the pdf document you
just opened. Do not click it (too many printing
at the same time).
