Change Management
  • Management is, to a large extent, about making
things happen. Decisions are of little value
unless they lead to actions, and strategies do
nothing for an organisation until they are
    implemented.
  • Although many decisions and some strategies do
not require the organisation to change, there are
many that depend heavily on change management
    skills.

4
The Day
  • We will be launching the new Brent LSCB esafety
    strategy
  • The main work of the day will be on the Strategic
Priorities and Action Plan that lie at the heart
    of the document
  • The successful implementation of an esafety
strategy is a substantial piece of work, and will
    require attention to Change Management

5

  • a clearer idea of how you will further develop
    your own LSCBs esafety strategy
