ITC Citrix

• The ITC Desktop also publishes various
• applications for use.
• To launch an individual application within
• ITC Desktop
• Go to the Citrix Start Menu
• Click on All Programs
• Navigate to the desired Application
• Click and launch the Application (Word, Excel,
  Notes, etc)

7. To gain access to your Network drives (H and
X), select the ITC Desktop. Once the ITC
Desktop launches, double click on the My
Computer icon and you should receive the
following Security screen. These settings grant
access to your local machines hard drive. By
default, No Access is granted and you will
continue to receive the prompt for access to your
local drives. To eliminate the warnings, please
select Full Access and Never ask me again for
any application.

via Microsoft Outlook.

1. Enter your network account username and
password.

  instant access to enterprise applications and

  device, over any Internet connection. (Word,
  Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Ensures that the right people have access to
  the right resources to protect the security of
  enterprise information assets (meets HIPAA
  Requirements).
• Grants ITC-supported employees remote access
  to network resources while away from their normal
  working location. (Access to H and X drives).
• Allows printing from non-networked printers
  (Home printing).
• Enables ITC staff to manage resource usage by
  centrally consolidating applications, simplifying
  their deployment, management, monitoring and
  measurement.

2. You will be prompt to trust Citrix install.
Click YES The Citrix installer will only
install once and then it will proceed to 6 if
already installed
6. The next screen will have the available
published applications under Program
Neighborhood. Single click to launch the
desired Application. Selections may vary
depending on users needs
