area stabilized by the MNF. - Buffer zone
established based on the Siam agreement.
- Militias not under control of either party.
- Local support for UN mission/PKF - Civ-Mil
coordination mechanism (CMOC, HIC)- Reintegration
effort in progress - Election unlikely to take
place during mission mandate- APOD and SPOD
available in mission area

soldiers- Within force capabilities, support
de-mining tasks- Ensure security and freedom of
movement in mission area

Reintegration in progress.  IDPs and refugees
returned and reintegrated.  Election completed,
democratic government in place and functioning.
 Civil administration in place and functioning.
