Firewall requirements

• LiveNote Web users need access to the LiveNote
  Enterprise Application Server on port 443.
• LiveNote Web users need access to a website where
  LiveNote Web has been installed, this can be on
  either port 443 or port 80.
• LiveNote and LiveNote Administration require
  access to port 3050 on the repository machine.
