The Result

Things that went well

• Less modelling of the buildings than expected.
• Blendshapes driven by joints worked perfectly.
• Animation of the monster went smoothly
  (for the most part).
• Fast and easy post production. The camerashakes
  looked good and was fast to make.

Things that could have gone better

• Various bugs resulted in delays in the time
  schedule.
• Due to the delays I had to cut back on certain
  aspects
• The amount of render passes, particles, the
  monsters texture, among other things.

Things I would want different for the next time

• More time with the character-rig and a contact
  with the creator of the rig.
• More render passes.
• Better sound resources.
• More knowledge about character animation and more
  time reserved.
• The ending of the movie could have been longer
  and clearer. -The Cameraman could have
  appeared to stop the take himself. -The Monster
  could have run off further.
