- The Center of Expertise provides expert,
on-demand, specialized financial analysis for
decision support to Air Force installations and
Major Commands.
7Mission Statement
- The missions of the CoE are to provide
- On-demand consultant support to installation and
MAJCOM comptroller staff - Clear, unbiased analysis to financial management
customers at installation and MAJCOM level - Expert training to enrich the financial
communitys ability to offer analytical support
for critical resource allocation decisions
8CoE Team Charter Statement
- The Center of Expertise will provide expert,
on-demand, specialized financial analysis for
decision support. Establishing this organization
will achieve Financial Managements vision for
delivering high quality, customer-focused
decision support. In FY05, the team will perform
the detailed design work necessary to be ready to
launch a pilot program beginning in October 2005.
The CoE will be fully operational in FY07.
