• AIM to work with local authorities and their
  partners to increase the delivery of affordable
  housing in rural areas
• Funded by Defra and carried out by the HCA
  Sophie Atkinson (Exeter) and Dan Berlin (Bristol)
• Steering group Defra, CLG and HCA
• Links with national target - 10,300 homes in
  settlements of lt 3,000 population
