• Acquisition of Casino MarketPlace in 2001 begins
  technology-buying spree that eventually includes
  ACSC, LSI, CMS, Micro Clever Consulting (MCC),
  Honeyframe, MindPlay and Sierra Design Group
• Company moves from Nasdaq to NYSE in 2002
• In 2003, Bally Gaming and Systems growth
  contributes in excess of 50 percent of
  consolidated EBITDA, leading Alliance to begin
  divesting non-core assets
• India Center established in 2005 is the first
