2Objectives of the 2nd ETG Review
- Conducting a review gauging the changes
brought since the last ETGs in 2004. - Preparing the process for the 3rd ETGs, by
identifying issues to be debated during the 3rd
ETGs.
3Objectives of the 2nd ETG Review
- The review process should trigger a seesaw
effect between these two objectives - Provide us with the necessary momentum to further
this process - Mark the transition between the ETG II and ETG
III cycles. - Define the broad lines of what can be expected in
terms of objectives and content from the 3rd ETGs
