Objectives of the 2nd ETG Review
  • Conducting a review gauging the changes
    brought since the last ETGs in 2004.
  • Preparing the process for the 3rd ETGs, by
    identifying issues to be debated during the 3rd
    ETGs.

Objectives of the 2nd ETG Review
  • The review process should trigger a seesaw
    effect between these two objectives
  • Provide us with the necessary momentum to further
    this process
  • Mark the transition between the ETG II and ETG
    III cycles.
  • Define the broad lines of what can be expected in
    terms of objectives and content from the 3rd ETGs
