• Each student is assigned a state

The Task

• Students will use the Internet as a resource.
• Students will use KidPix to make a slideshow to
  share information with the class and others at
  the States Fair.

The Process

• Discuss differences between snail mail and
  e-mail or Internet.
• Students will use the Internet to find
  information about their state, instead of writing
  a letter to the travel bureau.
• Students must address kinds of animals found,
  industries, main source of revenue, and average
  precipitation for their state.
