• Network requirement Essential network to support
  weather warnings and forecasting. Key to
  providing better information on severe weather,
  precipitation, winds and effects of small scale
  features.
• Primary stakeholders NAV CANADA, Department of
  National Defence, The Weather Network/Pelmorex,
  academia, etc.
• Network prior to NRP 20 Radars (4 Doppler).
