Student ManagementCommon Tasks

• View student rosters of mass loaded students.
• View individual student detail. 
• Add new students.
• Manage data for existing students. All data must
  be accurate at the time the test is submitted.
• If needed, re-organize students into groups.  
• Initiate creation of a session in Test Session
  Management (TSM).

IEP/ALT Students

• OMAAP and OAAP Students
• Identified on the precode file, students will be
  visible in the online student demographics.
• No action needed if correctly identified on the
  precode file.
• If changed, in the student roster, the student
  must be placed in a session and test marked
  complete.
• If added to the online system manually, the
  student must be placed in a session and test
  marked complete.
• If not identified prior to testing the student
  may still be added during the record changes
  window.

  technology coordinator.
• Review 96-hour technology checklist with
  districts technology coordinator.
• Set up user accounts for school personnel.
• Assign computers for all testing sessions.
• Configure TestNav for all computers.
• Set up test sessions in Online Testing Center.
• Develop a plan for proctor caching test content.
