visible in the online student demographics. - No action needed if correctly identified on the
precode file. - If changed, in the student roster, the student
must be placed in a session and test marked

student must be placed in a session and test
marked complete. - If not identified prior to testing the student
may still be added during the record changes
window.

- Review Infrastructure Guidelines with districts
technology coordinator. - Review 96-hour technology checklist with
districts technology coordinator. - Set up user accounts for school personnel.
- Assign computers for all testing sessions.
- Configure TestNav for all computers.
- Set up test sessions in Online Testing Center.
- Develop a plan for proctor caching test content.
