• The chairman/secretary of technical body
  automatically get access to all sub-technical
  bodies and/or working groups.
• A working group convenor, SC chairman/secretary
  gets automatically download only access to the
  parent technical body.

• CENELEC documents only working documents. No
  formal drafts submitted to enquiry or vote as
  such and NO published standards.
