• In the first 4 years, 1239 people have
  voluntarily completed at least 1 phase of this
  training programme in 34 Local Authorities.
• Embodies the Life Long Learning culture

• 78 of respondents in a participants survey
  reported that completion of the course has
  enabled them to do their job better.
• 50 of the respondents also stated that
  participation on the course is helping their
  advancement at work.

• 80 of participants reported that it has made
  communication with their family better
• 95 of participants reported that the future is
  brighter
