We have

• Kicked the project off the ground.
• Made a team effort - at the Kick-off meeting
  everyone contributed something to the success of
  the project.
• Established good atmosphere of thrust.
• Improved on-line communication - attachments are
  easily being opened now.
• Confirmed dates for the meetings in Split (13-14
  April 2007) Dubrovnik (28-29 September 2007).
• Written the first draft of the Code.

• Confirm the dates for the seminars in Norwich.
• Keep on working in collaboration towards the
  project goals.
• Reaffirm commitment, determination, teamwork
  skills and
• Have a whale of a time.

• In order to be eligible, costs must
• Be necessary for the implementation of the
  action/ project included in the estimated budget
  attached to the agreement, necessary and
  reasonable for the completion of the
  action/project and consistent with the principles
  of sound financial management.
• Be incurred during the lifetime of the
  action/project as defined in the agreement.
• Be identifiable and verifiable and be backed up
  by original supporting documents.

• First class rail ticket/bus ticket,
• Original certificates stating the cost of a
  return first class rail ticket/bus ticket (when a
