• Standard Items if Set-Back distances are

• Progressive Collapse (if over 2 stories)
• No un-reinforced masonry walls
• Interim Construction Standards are now Obsolete

• HQDA will not upgrade AT/FP requirements on FY03
  and before MCA projects just because CWE is below
  PA
• We have funds for what was programmed
• Dangerous precedent to set
• Could cause more debt within the MCA program
