• One vocational day each week (minimum)
• Maximum of 3 club meetings a week
• One free half-day weekly and at weekends
• Average 6 or 7 nights with host family

GSE Selection Criteria

• Candidates must
• be aged 25 35 at time of exchange
• be UK citizens, living or working in D1100
• in full-time employment, with minimum 2 years in
  profession
• speak basic Italian or willing to learn (tuition
  if necessary)
• be personable, articulate and motivated Team
  Players, who are
• enthusiastic about their vocations.
• understand the demands of such an exchange
