• Ongoing project to update INTOSAIs SP
• In 2005 INTOSAI issued its first Strategic Plan
• SP 2005-2010
• Some elements have been sufficiently addressed
• Strategies, activities and programs need
  refinement
• Pillars of the mission and goals are based on
  INTOSAIs seven core goals
• Independence ? Integrity ? Professionalism ?
  Credibility ? Inclusiveness ? Cooperation ?
  Innovation
• SP 2006-2011 will be phased-in over time
