• Experiment procedures
• On certain days we went to the lab and weighed
  our gourd using the triple beam balance. We then
  recorded the weight in grams and kilograms, and
  wrote down any visible changes.

• Gourds come in many shapes, sizes, and colors.
  They can be used for things like bird houses,
  maracas, and decorations. Gourds originated in
  Africa. People also use gourds as drums. They
  range from under 21 circumference around the
  widest part to over 33 circumference. They cost
