2Accessing the Premise Module
- To access the Premise module, select the
Premise menu from the main eRespond menu - The Premise List Screen is displayed
3Searching for Premises
- The Premise List Search Pane allows the user to
search for premises using criteria in 3 different
tabs
General Customer and Premise attributes
Further relevant Premise attributes
Address and Location attributes, e.g. search by
Street and Town

- The Premise details can be viewed in 2 ways
- Via the tabbed Premise Details area in the List
Display - Via the Right-click menu in the Premise List
display

Summary Premise Information, including Customer
information, Full Address Information, Contact
Information associated with Premise, and the
Nature of any Priority Services

- Viewing premise details in a single window by
right clicking on premise and select premise
detail
7Changing Premise to Network Link
- There are two ways to connect a premise to a
device in the eRespond Network model - Automatically via an interface from the CRM or
customer database (usually nightly) this is the
usual method - Manually via the Premise Module
- The latter facility allows the user to connect
any premises for which there is no current
Premise to Network Link in the CRM or customer
database.

- To connect a premise to the network
- Right-click on the premise to be connected, and
select - NOTE Multiple premises can be selected, and the
Premise to Network Link can be updated at the
same time - This brings up the Premise to Network Link Wizard
screen

- All changes to a premises attributes are logged
in the premise audit trail - To view the audit trail for a Premise, right
click on the Premise in the list, and select
View Audit Trail

a Premise
- A premise can be associated with
- A Current Outage
- Current Troubletickets
- Historic Events
- To view any current or historic events associated
with a premise, right-click on the premise and
select the appropriate option

- Selecting the option takes the user to the event
list filtered to show the appropriate list of
current or historic events (if any)
