  • HOW DOES IT HELP OUR STUDENTS?
  • QUALIFYING graduating students from KHS will be
    eligible for tuition to attend any Missouri
    public community college, vocational, or
    technical school.

A Schools Program
  • WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO DO?
  • Sign an A Student Contract
  • Attend an A High School for THREE CONSECUTIVE
    YEARS (KHS)
  • Graduate with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Maintain at least a 95 cumulative attendance
    record for all four years of high school
  • Perform 50 hours of UNPAID TUTORING of younger
    students
  • Maintain good citizenship without MAJOR
    discipline infractions

NEW Eligibility Requirements
  • Earn 3.0 units of credit (pass 6 classes) to
    maintain eligibility for the next semester
    (increased from 2.5)
  • Credits earned or completed after the close of
    the semester will NOT fulfill this requirement
  • Summer school courses may count IF the course
    fulfills a graduation requirement (NO ELECTIVES
    or correspondence courses)
  • No more than ONE credit in summer school shall be
    counted
  • When in doubt, ASK Mr. Fisch or Mrs. Miller -
    help your student PROTECT his/her eligibility!!
