• Purpose To develop a NSU Army ROTC Military
  Science (MS) Way Ahead Plan
• Objectives
• Increase NSU MS enrollment
• Improve relationship with NSU administration
• Establish Room and Board Fund
• Establish goals NLT FEB 08
• Integrate into MAC meetings (monthly)

Goals

• Increase cadet enrollment by 100 NLT SY 11/12
• Funds available for room and board for five
  cadets in SY 08/09 (35,000 per year) and ten
  cadets in SY 10/11
• Execute better communication plan for ROTC and
  MAC NLT MAR 08
• Establish Joint Recruiting Venues with University
  and provide MAC member(s) and/or cadet(s) at NSU
  recruiting visits
• Contact all ROTC graduates NLT MAR 08 (AC/RC/NG)
  and request donations

• Establish graduating year representatives
• Exxon Mobile submission for the Enhanced ROTC
  scholarship
• ROTC established Spartan Battalion News letter
  (include on MAC Page)
• Planning another meeting on 12 APR 08 at NSU
