  • FLOW CONCEPT
  • In order to get the most out of your players,
to have them grow and develop according to their
    own biological, intellectual, social and
emotional clocks, you must understand and provide
opportunities for your players to enter a state
of flow. When not in a state of flow, other
    behavioral states may occur.

4
ESSENTIAL CONCEPTS
  • FLOW CONCEPT
  • If the ability of your players exceeds the task
theyll experience boredom. Hence the difficulty
children have standing in line waiting to dribble
through a series of cones. When you ask players
to perform tasks which are beyond their abilities
    they experience frustration.
