The Reception Desk sends an acknowledged and ask
to fill out The Executive brief document (EBD) .
The project leader complete the document and
sends it back

The EBD is analyzed by the responsible of global
screening.

A response letter is sent to the Project leader
explaining why the SBA club cant accept his/her
project

The project leader is invited to submit a
business plan and the EBD is sent to all the club
members.
