Introduction First Cyclic Crisis in Russia

• Many Crisis this one is unique
• - first cyclic
• - different from default of 1998
• - the source is out of Russia (demand for oil
  reduction)
• - after over heated growth and oil price of
  150
• - in the 75 state owned and over-regulated
  economy
• - with state-affiliated business accustomed
  for high price (margin) sales and low quality
  service backed by state budget money
• - it did hit the secondary demand - open
  market segment and business education as a part
