What materials is the cat box made from and why?
The box is made from rigid plastic so it can be
easily cleaned and is strong but light
The door is made from metal bars because metal is
strong even when thin so allowing you to see into
the box easily.

How big must the box be?
It must be big enough to hold your cat without
making it too big or too small. The cat needs
walls to support it while you carry it.
It needs a strong catch to stop the cat from
escaping.
