New System what we are now faced with
  • Who regulates us UKBA or OISC?
  • Conflict of interest becomes more apparent i.e.
    we are an employee of the University, and the
    University is the sponsor. Therefore we operate
    in sponsor capacity.
  • Reporting suspicions lack of clarity for
    immigration advisers
