  • 17 cyber universities with 32 departments and 82
    majors
  • Students can get bachelor degree online
  • Opened under the Higher education act and
    Lifelong education act
  • Lifelong education facilities in the form of
    distance learning universities
  • Starting 2009, the universities will be
    classified as regular higher education
    institutions

    student-soldiers registered in fall 2008
