13No matter what your choice in a leadership role,
you will be faced with challenges and obstacles.
And there will be times when the unpopular path
will be best. And there will be times when you
must be a courageous, charismatic, and confident
leader to speak up or take a stand when others,
for fear of the consequences, will not act at
all. You must have the ability to know right
from wrong and act according to your
convictions...and not mere convenience.
