INTEGRAL PROGRAM TO LOWER STRESS - Current life, and constant work stress face us to
continuous pressures. - We are physically and psychologically prepared to
put up with tensious situations. When these
situations appear our body is activated to answer
effectively to them. The problem rises when
these situations are constant and there is no
time to recover energy to face the next one. At
this moment when there is an accumulation of
tension in excess Stress becomes something bad
triggering all kind of illnesses and
psychological changes that lead to a decrease of
productivity and problems at all levels of
peoples interaction. This is the reason why
prevention is fundamental to avoid burnout. - BUENOS AIRES, MANAGEMENT TANGO takes the
participant to a place carefully designed to free
him from accumulated tensions, putting him in a
pleasant place with activities carefully thought
so that in the proper way they allow moments of
satisfaction and nice feelings that interact in a
learning environment.

- INTEGRAL PROGRAM TO LOWER STRESS
- BUENOS AIRES, MANAGEMENT TANGO, a Program that
lowers the STRESS Executives, Small Company
Owners and Professionals are under.
This Program has been designed out of
FOWSPA investigations, identifying social
practices that allow freeing the accumulated
tension that causes constant stress. - This is the reason why the participants will go
through a Physical Program focused on freeing
tensions combining the practice of the cultural
expression that most identifies us Tango as a
dance. - Dance has historically been in the different
cultures a social activity that relaxes us and
allows a new kind of communication.
- Tango takes up a fascinating place since through
the dance, the music and the lyrics its practice
connects people historic conscious and
unconscious experiences.
- Tango attracts foreigners from all over and we
all need to rediscover it, giving value to what
was given to us through our parents and
grandparents to take it back to our own history

exercises modify in the short-term pain
manifestations and other posture affections. -
- Water Gym

help in this case of water resistance to the
