  • INTEGRAL PROGRAM TO LOWER STRESS
  • Current life, and constant work stress face us to
    continuous pressures.
  • We are physically and psychologically prepared to
put up with tensious situations. When these
situations appear our body is activated to answer
effectively to them. The problem rises when
these situations are constant and there is no
time to recover energy to face the next one. At
this moment when there is an accumulation of
tension in excess Stress becomes something bad
triggering all kind of illnesses and
psychological changes that lead to a decrease of
productivity and problems at all levels of
peoples interaction. This is the reason why
prevention is fundamental to avoid burnout.
  • BUENOS AIRES, MANAGEMENT TANGO takes the
participant to a place carefully designed to free
him from accumulated tensions, putting him in a
pleasant place with activities carefully thought
so that in the proper way they allow moments of
satisfaction and nice feelings that interact in a
    learning environment.

  • INTEGRAL PROGRAM TO LOWER STRESS
  • BUENOS AIRES, MANAGEMENT TANGO, a Program that
lowers the STRESS Executives, Small Company
    Owners and Professionals are under.

This Program has been designed out of
    FOWSPA investigations, identifying social
practices that allow freeing the accumulated
    tension that causes constant stress.
  • This is the reason why the participants will go
through a Physical Program focused on freeing
tensions combining the practice of the cultural
expression that most identifies us Tango as a
    dance.
  • Dance has historically been in the different
cultures a social activity that relaxes us and
allows a new kind of communication.
  • Tango takes up a fascinating place since through
the dance, the music and the lyrics its practice
    connects people historic conscious and
    unconscious experiences.
  • Tango attracts foreigners from all over and we
all need to rediscover it, giving value to what
was given to us through our parents and
grandparents to take it back to our own history

  • Physical Activity Program to Lower Stress
  • Coordinated by the teachers team of
  • Asociación Cristiana de Jóvenes YMCA
  • Healthy Backbone
  • The muscular groups of our trunk are worked on in
a localized way with the help of elements
    (weights, tensors, ankle-weights, etc.) and
without them. These are non-impact exercises
trying to counteract the effects of bad postures
especially those caused by sedentary activities
or by being on a seat for a long time. These
exercises modify in the short-term pain
    manifestations and other posture affections.
  • Water Gym
  • Several muscular groups are worked on with the
help in this case of water resistance to the
movements. Elements can be used to make exercise
more intense. This is a non-impact activity
focused on tonifying muscles complemented with
    relax exercises.

  • Seminario
  • MANAGEMENT ESTRATÉGICO
  • Introduction
  • The key to success lies in the ability of going
to a Common Aim, to Effort, to Perseverance, to
Will, to Creativity, and Passion of the Human
Capital, that makes up the Company Team.
  • Comparing the Company to a Sports Team that needs
to win every match to achieve a Championship, it
is the best-trained and motivated groups that
gain the glory. The companies need to win new
markets, they play matches every day to position
themselves as leaders. It is fundamental to have
the tools that allow us to Encourage and Lead
Human Energy, the key to the Enrichment of any
    Entrepreneurship.
  • Our STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT Seminar, provides a
space of Active Learning, where participants can
develop these skills to optimize their potential.

  • STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
  • Introduction (Continue)
  • On the one hand one must feel meeting the
Personal objectives depends on meeting the
Organization Objectives. On the other, the
Company must be worry that every human resource
can develop their highest potential within the
company and that they company allows for personal
    development.
  • At the highest Management, there is agreement of
these objectives. The problem starts when
putting them into practice because red-tape,
    fight for power, communication difficulties
prevent seeing the most sublime objective of all,
that is, the whole Company being a Big Team, a
Big Family that will be able to gain the most the
    more united it is.
  • This is the spirit though our STRATEGIC
MANAGEMENT Seminar that tries to encourage and
develop an active training in putting it into
    practice.
  • Each Topic allows us to trigger areas to focus
the Personal and Group Energy and Productivity
they lead developing skills that Build a Highly
Productive Team. Teams identified with the
company having a double commitment between the
    Company and the Group.
