The components of project management

• Its about team. Its about co-ordinating efforts
  and moving successfully together as a group
  towards a common goal
• Its about clarifying roles at the outset
• Its when everybody on the team has a clear-cut
  idea of what they need to do to help the group
  reach the goal, maximising resources and
  minimising despair
• Its about making people want to give 110
  because they believe the rest of the team wants
  to do so as well
• Its a mindset, a discipline, an understanding, a
  strategy, a structure and a goal
• Its all about establishing the goal and
  detailing each individuals contribution towards
  that goal
• In summary a common goal and everybody working
