Objectives
  • Links all members of the development community
    using an ICT platform to increase efficiency and
    reduce time required for approval of development
    projects.
  • Improves the speed and quality of the approval
    process by applying workflow and document
    management systems upgrading skill sets of
    users creating a Knowledge Management protocol
    for retained learning within the community.
  • Allows members of the community to interact
    bilaterally, multilaterally and collectively
    through a live repository of active project
    data (submissions from Public) and passive
    project information (technical guidelines for
    approval).

Proposal is submitted for Development Order (DO)
approval to check proposed project population
density,plot ratio, zoning (land use), setback,
parking and other community planning guidelines 3
to 6 months (average time)
Submit D.O.
Submission of Building Plans for approval in
Uniform Building By-Laws, fire, safety and other
technical requirements 6 to 18 months (minimum
time)
Project commences with Developer and team of
Consultants acquiring land and preparing proposal
for submission
Submit B.P.
Completion of Building as per Approved Plans and
certified fit for public use 2 months (average)
Commencement of construction with award of Main
Contractor and Sub-contractors.
