RTP Access Control

• RTP provides an access control solution that is
  tightly integrated with other Resort Management
  products. Our access control system allows
  facilities to validate and measure admission to
  controlled facilities.

Current Approach

• Application coded and compiled specifically for
  Symbol device
• Current architecture provides little room for new
  approaches to access control
• Complex code base required to deliver reliable
  solution
• Discontinued platform creates problematic
  scenario for many customers
• No flexibility to allow resorts to select device
  based on desired feature set

• Current scanning architecture utilizes com
  objects middleware components to pass data to
  central database for validation
• New scanning architecture relies on web services
  to validate resort access products
• Web services provide distinct benefit over com
  object architecture

Status of PocketLiftAccess

• RTP will continue to offer support for Symbol
  7200 series devices within RPOS 5.5 environment
• RTP will also support 7200 series devices under
  the RTPOne Framework
• Many additional device options will be available
  under RTPOne Framework

  2003-based Pocket PCs, and embedded systems
  running Windows CE .NET 4.1 and later
