Provider writes Rx
Technician receives, examines then faxes Rx to
Central Pharmacy

• At Remote Site
• Using barcodes and fingerprint ID in dispensing
  machine label is printed and medication provided.
  
• After final remote check by pharmacist
  medications are labeled and taken to provider for
  additional check and signature.
• Rxs are dispensed to patient, collected and
  patient counseled by remote pharmacist.

• At Central Pharmacy
• Using remote site inventory sites RX30
  license, Rx is processed.
• Pharmacist checks Rx label, then releases to
  remote dispensing machine.
• Using remote camera pharmacist checks label
  drug used against original Rx. Watches technician
  place label on package.
• Pharmacist uses AV system to monitor and assist
  technician.

Work Flow - Refills
Central Pharmacy

• Patient calls IVR, (1st 3 digits of IDs
  Pharmacy Site).
• 340B inventory is from Pharmacy LC. RX30 sort
  codes enable tracking inventory used.
• Manifest prepared using RX30 Workflow Tracking
  barcodes.
• Drug manifest scanned at receiving site.
• Patient signs for drug using RX30 Workflow
  Tracking and Signature Capture.
• Workload, inventory and financial data obtained
  from RX30 licenses at each site.
