• SOSTC will invite interested SpaceOps members,
  regardless of AIAA membership, to their annual
  workshops (fee less than 100 US per participant)
  for active participation.
• SOSTC will accept one SpaceOps Executive
  Committee representative or a representative
  appointed by the Executive Committee regardless
  of AIAA membership status in their SOSTC with all
  the SOSTC privileges.
• SOSTC will consider SpaceOps members offers to
  host the SOSTC workshop.
• SOSTC will synchronize their workshops with the
  biennial SpaceOps Conferences thus facilitating
  workshops in-between SpaceOps Conferences.
• SOSTC invites SpaceOps members, regardless of
  AIAA membership, to provide contributions to the
  SOSTC electronic magazine The Space Operations
  Communicator and broaden the scope to be a joint
  SOSTC/SpaceOps magazine.
• SOSTC will promote and add all relevant
  announcements to their homepage and will
  facilitate access to all SOSTC electronic
  publishings.

• SpaceOps will endorse qualified participation in
  the SOSTC workshops.
• SpaceOps will synchronize and harmonize their
  symposia with SOSTC workshop planning.
• SpaceOps will accept one SOSTC representative in
  their Committee-at-large panel with all the
  privileges as defined in the SpaceOps charter.
• SpaceOps will promote and add all relevant
  announcements and links to their SpaceOps
  homepage and will facilitate access to add their
  electronic publishing.

• There has been no SpaceOps liaison to SOSTC
  appointed since John Rodgers retired
• A liaison is needed to work with SOSTC to
  synchronize SOSTC workshop and SpaceOps
  conferences
