Definitions

• Production System One or more production
  sites with common ownership or management
• Site A single production site (e.g. breeding
  herd)
• Multiple sites may be associated with single
  production system.
• Survey A single assessment done at a point in
  time
• Multiple surveys may be associated with a single
  site (completed at different times)

Definitions - people

• Site Admin AASV Veterinarians that have
  completed the training
• Access to PADRAP online via username and password
  
• May setup sites, surveys and users
• May take surveys and view benchmarking reports
• Ability to create users
• Users Non-veterinarians granted limited
  access by site admins for entering data and
  viewing reports

• Site Admin A
• Access to production systems A and B confirmed by
  production system contacts for each
• Setup sites 1 for production system A and sites
  1, 2 and 3 for production system B
• Setup, complete and view surveys for site 1 in
  production system A and sites 1 to 3 in
  production system B
• May set up users to enter data and veiw reports
  for all sites within production system A or B
