- 5 day workshop with the purpose of informing
students of research and career opportunities
within the atmospheric science field - Interact with other students and scientists
- Encourage students to continue education through

Hiaper taking off
- The Hiaper is currently being utilized as part of
the Hiaper Pole to Pole Observations (HIPPO) of
Carbon Cycle and Greenhouse Gases - Will measure cross sections of atmospheric gas
concentrations from pole to pole, 4 times over a
2 year period - The program will provide the first comprehensive,
global survey of atmospheric trace gases,
covering the full troposphere in all seasons and
multiple years
