Organization
  • The work in your lab book must be in the same

    charts/tables/procedures into the lab book.
  • All written work must be in complete sentences.
  • Written work that is not in full sentences will
be given a maximum of half credit.
  • It is not necessary to rewrite questions before
answering them, but incorporate them into your
    answer.

  • Absolutely no markers. These bleed through the
pages making it very difficult to read your hard
    work.

recognize. Be sure your name and period number
    is on the front cover.
  • Every page must be numbered.

Title Page
  • The first page of your notebook will be your
    title page.
  • Include your name, class, period and my name on
    the title page

Table of Contents
  • Save the first 4 pages (8 sides) your table of
    contents.
  • On the top line of each page, center the title
    Table of Contents.

date, lesson title, and page number.
  • You are responsible for updating the table of
content this will make notebook checks go
