project 1 Handset-based MMS lt-gt http gateway
Core features- gateway handset receives MMS
(sent to its phone number) and posts the
corresponding files (text, audio, photos, video)
to the VozMobCMS- the VozMobCMS sends multimedia
files to the gateway handset, which forwards as
MMS to a phone number Target implementation
platformNokia N95 (S60) phone with unlimited
data/messaging plan. Ideally, this should also
work with- a phone directly connected to the
internet via WiFi, or tethered to an
internet-connected computer (USB or bluetooth)-

project 2 Handset-based multi-media
editor/preprocessor
Core Features- an intuitive handset front-end
to capture multi-media stories, or assemble them
from media assets stored in handset memory- a
utility that packages the resulting story into
one or several MMSs, that can be sent cheaply to
the VozMobCMS- a backend drupal utility that
collects the related media assets and publishes
the story as a node on VozMobCMS Target
implementation platformNokia 3600 (S40), with
unlimited messaging plan (but no internet
connection). It would be best if the application
could be made to run on as many (java-enabled)
