• Proposition for a future extension of the
  Northern Axis drawn on the EU map (on Russian
  side)
• 1st stage transport corridor routing from
  Vartius/Kivijärvi to Kostomuksha-Ledmozero-Kochkom
  a- Archangelsk and further on existing railway
  via Yaroslavl to Trans-Siberian railway. To
  consider possiblility of including
  Vologda-Kotlas-Vorkuta to sphere of influence of
  the Barents Link
• 2nd stage to include in Barents Link
  corridor the Belkomur railway completed with
  construction (Karpogory-Vendinga and
  Syktyvkar-Perm), representing a shortcut to the
  Trans-Siberian Railway
