Mission Statement

• As a result of participating in the 2003
  Transforming School Counseling Summer Institute,
  counselors will become systemic change agents
  able to create a context for all students to
  achieve academically.

• Participants will be able to
• 1. Take a leadership role in schools
• 2. Advocate for the academic achievement of all
  students

• 4. Create an action plan to implement in your
  school
