Purpose
  • Convened to address results of staff survey
  • 56 of 69 surveys completed (81 percent)
  • Strengthening the working environment within DES
    along with the position of DES as an integral
    department on campus

DES Mission Statement
  • The core mission of the Department of
    Enrollment Services is to provide students and
    prospective students with the information,
    administrative and academic support services they
    need to take full advantage of the educational
    opportunities available to them at the University
    of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. We also provide faculty,
    staff and members of the public with information
    and administrative services in support of the
    University's academic mission. We strive to
    deliver customer service which is friendly,
    helpful, professional and respectful of each
    individual to continually improve the quality
    and effectiveness of the information and services
    we provide and to utilize technology to better
    serve our customers while making effective use of
    University resources.
