  • If you have the competence and expertise in
  • several issues presented in the last 2 slides
  • then you have 2 options
  • Finding a coordinator or,
  • Finding a consortium.
  • by
  • Using Partner profile forms
  • Bio NCP support

17
As partner
  • Choose the right WP and activities that you can
    work with
  • Be active in writing proposal
  • Participate to the consortium meetings
  • Be informed about the containing of both parts of
    the proposal (A and B)
  • Choose the type of cost model
  • Be close to all coordinator requests.

18
As coordinator
  • Choose the partners with expertise in the
  • field for all the activities (research in
    nutrition, research in food development,
    training, dissemination, IT, packaging etc.)
  • The consortium (number of partners) has to
  • be established taking into account
  • The work packages that were planned
  • The budget of the project.

19
  • WPs are established within the consortium
    (initial one)
  • For the budget is consulted each partners
according with their effort (person month)
  • A team of at least 2 persons will collect all the
information from the partners and write entire
    proposal
  • A first draft of the proposal is discussed within
    the consortium
  • It is necessary to have a consensus between
partners concerning the budget and the
    activities.

20
  • To have a good proposal (collaborative project or
NoE) it takes at least 2 months
  • It is necessary that the communication ways to be
available and work very well (e-mail or phones or
    messenger program so on)
  • Be in touch with Bio NCP to have support for any
    problems that can occur
