- Responsibilities
- Serves as the States Mental Health Authority,
establishing philosophy, policy and standards of
care. - Provides services as the safety net for
individuals and families who need a level of
support not available in the private sector - Purchases mental health services and supports for
more than 170,000 Missourians each year -
