  • Under the directive of Chief Administrators/Busine
    ss Officers (CABO)
  • Desire is to achieve greater results in Quality
    Improvement effort by developing sets of best
    practices that would produce disciplined
    processes, enable high standards of performance,
    produce high quality results, and/or contain
    costs

  • Build on the functionality made available through
    the administrative systems defined by the Common
    Management System (CMS) project
  • Begin with FOA
  • As FOA gains experience and expertise in this
    process, the initiative will expand to other
    administrative systems areas, including HR and
    student administrative systems
