• Evaluate if the main objective of the
  implementation of the Guia do Diabético was
  accomplished
• Understand what is the importance given by the
  patient to the document, and how does he perceive
  it as an effective instrument to his own
  management of Diabetes, and how does he use it to
  improve his quality of life
