What impact does human fishing have on the ocean?

• People once thought that oceans were an endless
  supply of food! Not only are there now fewer fish
  in the oceans, but many of the fish left are
  starving and diseases are spreading.

What is the ecological impact of ocean fish?

• Ocean fish play a vital role in the food chain.
  Its an excellent source of food for omnivores
  and carnivores alike. However, if we harvest too
  much, we can do great ecological damage to the
  ocean environment.
