1- The Participation Suite is located within the
offices of 11 MILLION. We are located in central
London, near London Bridge station. It is
accessible by train, tube and bus. - Click here for link to Directions Map for finding

2- The Suite is available for hire to all
organisations, but priority is given to those
working with children and young people.
3 As the Participation Suite is a resource
for children and young people, there is no cost
to hire the suite if 50 or more of those
attending your event are under 18 years of age.
4The Participation Suite holds a maximum of 50-55
people depending on the layout of the room.
You are welcome to move the furniture around to
suit the requirements of your meeting.
5Availability and cost
The Suite is available Monday to Friday from
915am to 445pm for a full day or 915am to
1230pm/130pm to 445pm for a half day.
Please note that it is limited to 1 booking per
week. Hire cost
500 for a full day 300 for a half
day session

sticks is prohibited. - Please bring your presentation on a CD or DVD
disc. - You can also email your presentation in advance

forward it to the smart board.
8Hospitality
You are welcome to organise a catering service
to deliver food. 11 MILLION provides tea and
coffee making facilities for an extra charge of
1 per person.
