Instructions for Filling Out ALS Spin-A-Thon Flyer

• Download Flyer
• Fill out When section with time of your event
• Example Saturday February 7th 2009 from
  10AM-5PM
• Fill out What section with what your event is
  (spin class, spinning for specific time, rent a
  bike, bring your own bike and trainer, etc.)
• If you need a spin instructor to volunteer,
  include that in your flyer.
• Fill out Where section with location of your
  event
• Fill out What Is Needed section with specific
  details of what is expected of your potential
  participants (e.g. sign up for a particular time
  slot or time period, what to bring, donations
  from family and friends, etc.)
• Fill out Contact information (phone, email, etc.)
  for potential participants
• PROOFREAD before printing and posting
